Whether you’re looking for a monthly stay or the full season, our park offers a welcoming, long-term community with organized activities like potlucks, poker nights, exercise classes, and more.
Skip the hassle of moving your RV – leave it on-site and visit whenever you like. Plus, bring your boat, ATV or golf cart along. Leave it at your site (if space allows) or on a dry storage site. Cabins are also available up to a month at a time, providing a cozy retreat.

RV Sites may be booked by month at a reduced rate. We have pull-through and back-in options. All have 30/50 amp with full hookups. You can also stay the entire camping season in a Seasonal RV Site.
Monthly rates start at $949/month and include water and sewer. Electric is billed separately.
Seasonal sites are available from May 1 – October 1, 2025. Pricing available upon request.
Cabins may be rented for up to a month at a time. We don’t have a special monthly rate for cabins, but you can rent for up to 4 weeks.
We offer three types of cabins, each thoughtfully equipped with linens, towels, and toiletries. All our cabins are pet-friendly, so your furry friends are welcome to join you. Each cabin also includes limited cable TV, heat for cool nights and a dedicated WiFi router.
While staying with us, enjoy onsite recreation like horseshoes, a playground, basketball, a pavilion, communal firepit, library, and a Main Hall (available for rent). We also provide essential amenities, including a camp store, laundry facilities, and showers, to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

On property, we have a camp store with RV supplies, groceries, fishing supplies, souvenirs, clothing, ice cream, and firewood. In Bayfield, there is a small grocery store, Dollar General, restaurants, a brewery, gas stations, and a charming Main Street. The Vallecito Marina has fishing and boating supplies.
