First, Choose How You’re Staying
The fastest way to answer pricing, parking, and booking questions is to send each guest to the right stay path.
RV Sites
Use this path for rig length, power type, boat parking, arrival details, and day-to-day RV stay questions.
Cabin Rentals
Use this path if you want kitchens, real beds, cabin layouts, and a quieter home base near the lake.
Tent Camping
Current site copy says tent sites are limited, wooded, near a restroom, and must be reserved by phone rather than online.
Seasonal & Monthly RV Sites
Use this path for longer summer stays, deposit questions, and monthly placement help. Use the corrected client-approved language here: all sites are gravel, power varies by site, and 2026 long-term stays start at $995/month plus metered electric.

Rates, Deposits & Cancellation Policies
Cancellation Summary
Current site policy says cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival incur a $35 fee. Cancellations made 30 days or less before arrival forfeit 50% of the reservation total or 50% of the deposit. The current monthly policy uses a $500 deposit with separate refund tiers based on notice.

- 31–60 days notice: 50% refund ($250)
- 30 days or fewer: no refund
Tent camping is currently a call-to-book product, so that path should send guests to the office instead of the online booking engine.
The Rules Most Guests Need Before Arrival
The best group venue is not just a room. It is the setting around the room, the ease of lodging, and the feeling people remember once the schedule is over.
Quiet Hours
Keep noise down between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. so families, anglers, runners, and longer-stay guests can rest.
Pets
Pets are welcome, but they must stay leashed, controlled, and cleaned up after. Current site and rule language also restrict aggressive animals, excessive barking, exotic pets, and farm animals.
Fire & Camp Safety
Campfires belong only in designated rings or grills and may be limited by weather or local guidance. Use calm, matter-of-fact language here — not alarmist language.
Driving & Visitors
The speed limit is 5 mph on property. Visitors are generally allowed, but current FAQ language says there may be a day-visitor fee, so direct guests to ask the office before inviting extra people over.
Frequently Asked Planning Questions
How do I make a reservation?
Most stays can be reserved online through the booking engine, while the current Tent Camping page says tent sites must be reserved by phone. Use the office path for tent camping, monthly questions, or more complicated planning needs.
What time are check-in and check-out?
Current RV and cabin pages say check-in is 3 p.m. and check-out is 11 a.m.
Are the RV spaces paved?
No. All RV sites are gravel.
Do all RV sites have the same power?
No. Power varies by site: 30A-only, 50A-only, or 30/50A.
Is there cell service at the resort?
No cell service should be the planning expectation. Current site copy says guests should enable Wi-Fi calling before arrival, and it also says Wi-Fi is available, with cabins using dedicated routers and campground signal strength varying by location.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes. The current FAQ says the resort is pet-friendly with no breed restrictions, but pets must remain leashed and controlled, with vaccination records available if requested. It also says no aggressive pets, excessive barking, exotic pets, or farm animals are allowed.
Can I bring a boat or trailer?
Yes, if it fits at your site or cabin. Current RV, cabin, and tent pages all point to boat parking flexibility plus overflow parking when needed.
Can visitors come by during my stay?
Yes, but current FAQ language says visitors may be subject to limitations and a day-visitor fee, so direct guests to check with the office first.
What should I do in an emergency?
The current FAQ says to call 911 for any true emergency, then follow the emergency instructions provided at check-in.
